We’re looking for a **Tech Counsellor** to help guide and support individuals interested in upskilling through our technical learning programs.

**Role Overview**

As a **Tech Counsellor**, you will engage with students and working professionals, understand their career goals, and recommend the right tech-oriented training programs. You’ll be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and converting leads into successful enrolments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel students/professionals on suitable tech programs (e.g., data analytics, financial modeling, Python, Excel, etc.)
- Follow up with leads, understand their interests and pain points.
- Provide program-related guidance, including curriculum, career outcomes, and fee structure.
- Maintain lead data and regularly update tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for class schedules, technical queries, and student concerns.
- Assist students during onboarding and ensure a smooth learning journey.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate (preferably in tech, finance, or business background).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest or exposure to tech and finance training programs.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to guide, convince, and support learners effectively.
- Prior counseling or inside sales experience is a plus.
