**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide guidance on financial products such as insurance, investments, and savings plans.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team (for RDM role).
- Achieve sales and growth targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
