Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Career Counselor will provide guidance and support to individuals in career planning, career development, and career management. Responsibilities include assessing clients' skills and interests, facilitating career decision-making processes, delivering career workshops, and offering personalized advice to help clients achieve their professional goals. Additionally, the Career Counselor will work closely with students to address educational and career-related challenges.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
  • Expertise in Student Counseling and providing individualized guidance
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving abilities, empathy, and the capacity to inspire and motivate clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Relevant certifications in career counseling or guidance are an advantage
