**Educational & Other Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA HRM would be preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Results-oriented, self-motivated professional with commitment to timeline and quality

**Experience** : 1 to 3 Years

**Job Location** : Sector 5,Salt Lake, Kolkata
- Should have good experience in all Talent Acquisition and hiring processes
- Should have experience IT Recruitment
- Support the Recruitment Manager in new joiner documentation and offer roll out
- Manage and promote internal employee referral campaigns to address specific resourcing
- Ensure comprehensive recruitment experience for all hires within assigned departments by adhering to offer rollout timelines, pre and post joining experience and smooth on-boarding in co-ordination with other stakeholders
- Contribute to reports on market trends, compensation data, organization structure and talent mapping Skills:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
