Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for an Insurance Sales Representative. The Insurance Sales Representative will manage daily tasks such as identifying and cultivating potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending suitable insurance products. Responsibilities include building lasting relationships with clients, maintaining current accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and meeting sales targets. This role requires proactive client engagement to deliver exceptional service and customized insurance solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance Brokerage, and related fields
  • Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
  • Competency in Sales with the ability to meet targets and drive business goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Finance, Business, or related fields are an advantage
