Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the company's products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Product Training: Provide education and information to healthcare professionals about the products, including usage, benefits, and potential side effects.
  • Report Management: Regularly report sales activities, customer feedback, and competitor activities to management.
  • Territory Management: Develop and manage a plan to maximize sales opportunities in the assigned region.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all promotional activities comply with relevant industry regulations and guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information in an understandable way.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with healthcare professionals and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license with the ability to travel frequently.
