The Team

Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Job Description:

Lead and manage consulting engagements with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions in India.

Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide strategic recommendations across areas such as:

• Business Strategy & Transformation
• Digital transformation
• Customer experience optimization
• Product innovation (retail & corporate lending, microfinance, fintech collaborations)

Support clients in adopting new technologies (e.g., core banking upgrades, CRM, loan origination systems, etc.).

Collaborate with client stakeholders including CXOs, business heads, and operations teams.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Help create POVs with latest trends in the market and development in technology

Contribute to business development initiatives, RFPs, proposals, and thought leadership.

Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to execute projects, assignments etc.
