Purchase Manager – KRA's

  1. Develop lead and Execute Purchase Strategies.

  2. Make Market Survey, Search right and reliable vendors and keep database of it (Vendor Development)

  3. Ensure timely Delivery of Material at site.

  4. Ensure good quality material with right quantity.

  5. Assign roles to the team, develop team and manage them properly.

  6. Set Purchase department properly and ensure proper processes and quality output.

  7. Design Negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.

  8. Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.

  9. Gathering requirement from all projects from all group companies and plan to fulfil it with help of team.

  10. Taking quotation from market and make comparison sheet.

  11. Taking Proper approval of the Material from Superior.

12.Making best negotiation and decide delivery time and payment.

13.Make PO., documentation of the purchase bill with quotation with the help of team.

14.Finalizing terms & conditions.

15.Taking ownership of work and take decisions.

16.Set proper processes related to Purchase and material delivery at site.

17.To take initiative and implement software for the site management and ensure smooth purchase process in organisation.

18.Keep track of payment processing from Accounts and file required documents regarding it.

19.Solving sites queries related to material as well as co-ordination with accounts from payments/ advances related queries.

20.Purchase of Office Stationery and furniture, AC and Electronic equipment, Gifts and other products from market whenever there is requirement.

21.Develop and grow team to make proper purchase department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75, ₹100,000.00 per month
