Job Description We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee our procurement processes and manage supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen eye for cost-saving opportunities. Responsibilities - Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure optimal procurement processes. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms. - Manage relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance. - Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of materials. - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory management. - Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities and expenditures. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - 6-10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions. - Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
