Summary
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead for Programming to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for rolling out programming constructs into a structured calendar and ensuring seamless content launches by collaborating with various GTM teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to maximize viewership outcomes from programming across all languages where we program on Digital.
Responsibilities
  • Roll out programming constructs into a structured calendar.
  • Work with different teams involved in GTM, such as Content, Marketing, On-Platform, and Product, to ensure content launches are executed as planned.
  • Maximize viewership outcomes from Programming.
  • Work with content teams to showcase programming requirements.
  • Collaborate with content teams to secure relevant content for greenlighting by estimating performance outcomes.
Qualification
  • Education: MBA, Bachelor's degree with strong relevant experience.
  • Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in a GTM or similar role, preferably within the media or entertainment industry. Candidates in consumer facing businesses are also welcome.
  • Skills: Strong analytical mind.Structured thinking.Seamless collaboration.Strong project management skills.
  • Passion for content will be added plus.
