Position Title-Solution Architect

Role Purpose
The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, governing, and optimising enterprise solutions across Acuity's global technology landscape. The role will ensure that business capabilities are enabled through cohesive, scalable, secure, and interoperable technology designs spanning Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, TMF Payroll, Kyriba, Power BI, Anaplan, Jira, AWS, and Azure environments.
This role acts as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, enterprise applications, and infrastructure teams, ensuring that the target operating model, digital strategy, and architectural roadmap are consistently aligned and executed.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Solution Design
- Define and maintain the enterprise solution architecture blueprint across finance, HR, CRM, analytics, and infrastructure domains.
- Lead solution design for key initiatives spanning Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM, Salesforce CRM, TMF Payroll, Kyriba Treasury, Power BI analytics, and Anaplan FP&A.
- Ensure architectural consistency, integration integrity, and alignment to enterprise standards across applications and platforms.
- Design and document end-to-end solution architectures covering data flows, application components, integrations, security, and scalability.
- Integration & InteroperabilityDefine integration patterns between cloud and on-prem systems using middleware, APIs, and data pipelines (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Mulesoft, Azure Logic Apps).
Ensure seamless data exchange between core enterprise systems (Oracle Salesforce TMF Kyriba Anaplan- Power BI). - Oversee the design of secure, performant, and compliant integration models across AWS and Azure hybrid environments.
Technology Governance & Standards
- Establish and enforce architectural principles, design patterns, and technology guardrails.
- Partner with the Enterprise PMO and Information Security to ensure compliance with governance, security, and data protection standards.
- Participate in solution design reviews, RFP evaluations, and vendor assessments.
Strategic Enablement
- Contribute to the Target Operating Model (TOM) for enterprise technology by defining future-state solution architecture.
- Drive simplification, modernization, and rationalisation of legacy applications and data platforms.
- Collaborate with product owners and business leaders to ensure technology roadmaps align with business growth and operational efficiency objectives.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business domain leads (Finance, HR, CRM, Operations) and IT delivery teams to translate requirements into solution blueprints.
- Act as a trusted advisor to functional heads and the CIO on solution design options, risks, and trade-offs.
- Partner with global technology vendors (Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, TMF, Kyriba, Anaplan) to influence roadmap alignment and support escalations.
Skills & Experience Required
Technical Expertise
- ERP/Finance: Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and integrations with third-party finance tools such as Kyriba (Treasury) and Anaplan (Planning).
- CRM: Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
- HR & Payroll: Familiarity with TMF Payroll and global HRIS connectivity.
- Analytics & BI: Experience designing reporting architectures using Power BI, data lakes, and semantic models.
- Integration: Proficiency in API-led architecture, iPaaS, and cloud integration (OIC, Mulesoft, Azure Logic Apps).
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on understanding of AWS and Azure cloud architectures, networking, identity management, and security controls.
- Project Tooling: Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery frameworks.

- Oracle Cloud Architect, Salesforce Certified Architect, or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional
- TOGAF or ArchiMate certification
