Client Communications Executive
who will act as the bridge between our internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Updates & Reporting
- Share weekly ad performance reports, posting frequency reports, and campaign updates with clients.
- Ensure all deliverables are tracked, documented, and communicated.
- Communication Bridge
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Gather client feedback and requirements and clearly relay them to internal teams.
- Maintain clear two-way communication to avoid misalignment.
- Coordination & Execution Support
- Follow up on client approvals, pending content, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to ensure on-time delivery.
- Schedule and support client meetings/calls when required.
- Relationship Building
- Build and maintain trust with clients through responsiveness and professionalism.
- Address small concerns proactively before they escalate.
- Ensure clients always feel valued and informed.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and reporting (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
