, we work as an in-house team for our clients, ensuring strategy, creativity, and execution align with business growth. We are looking for a 
Client Communications Executive
 who will act as the bridge between our internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Updates & Reporting
  • Share weekly ad performance reports, posting frequency reports, and campaign updates with clients.
  • Ensure all deliverables are tracked, documented, and communicated.
  • Communication Bridge
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Gather client feedback and requirements and clearly relay them to internal teams.
  • Maintain clear two-way communication to avoid misalignment.
  • Coordination & Execution Support
  • Follow up on client approvals, pending content, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Schedule and support client meetings/calls when required.
  • Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain trust with clients through responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Address small concerns proactively before they escalate.
  • Ensure clients always feel valued and informed.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and reporting (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
