About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic Operations team. This role will be crucial in managing vendor relationships, monitoring order lifecycles, and supporting operational efficiency through data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving seamless coordination between various departments to enhance productivity.

Requirements:

  1. Vendor Coordination

  2. Communicate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order placement and tracking.

  3. Follow up on delivery timelines to ensure adherence.

  4. Order Management

  5. Monitor end-to-end order lifecycle from procurement to dispatch.

  6. Ensure accuracy, timely completion, and compliance with quality standards.

  7. Reporting & Documentation

  8. Maintain detailed records of inventory, purchase orders, and dispatch data.

  9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel for management review.

  10. Data Analysis

  11. Utilize analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies.

  12. Monitor KPIs and assist in strategic decision-making.

  13. Cross-functional Coordination

  14. Collaborate closely with sales, finance, logistics, and warehouse teams.

  15. Ensure seamless operations across departments for timely order fulfillment.

  16. Issue Resolution

  17. Proactively address order discrepancies and vendor concerns.

  18. Implement solutions to avoid operational challenges and delays.

  19. Compliance

  20. Ensure all operational activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  21. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant compliance standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.

  • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities to support decision-making processes.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively across teams.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
