Role Description

We are looking for a motivated
Tele-Sales Executive
to join our financial services team. In this role, you will be responsible for
contacting potential clients, generating leads, and assisting our wealth managers
in converting those leads into satisfied clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a drive for results, and an interest in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce financial products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads who are genuinely interested in wealth management solutions.
  • Assist wealth managers by providing pre-qualified leads and supporting the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with wealth managers and other team members.
