Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, and overseeing the entire sales process. Daily tasks include market analysis, lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups, and collaboration with other departments to ensure business growth and client satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for preparing sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development and Implementation skills
- Experience in lead generation and client relationship management
- Proficiency in market analysis and competitive analysis
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
