We're looking for a
Product Manager – Social Media
to lead the development and optimization of products and features that power our social media ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of
product, growth, and content
, building tools and systems that enhance engagement, performance, and user experience across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the product roadmap for social media-led growth, engagement, and analytics.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, growth, and marketing teams to conceptualize, build, and launch features.
  • Identify opportunities to improve social content performance, virality, and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with the growth and creative teams to build internal tools, dashboards, and automation systems for campaign management and performance tracking.
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into product improvements.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle — from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Stay updated with trends across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging social platforms to identify new opportunities.
  • Drive metrics such as engagement, retention, reach, and conversion through product interventions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in social media, growth, or creator-focused products.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement levers, and platform APIs.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with design, data, and engineering teams.
  • Analytical mindset — proficiency with Mixpanel, GA4, or SQL preferred.
  • Ability to turn insights into product hypotheses and measurable experiments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in AdTech, content, or creator economy domains is a plus.
