Job Title: #Cluster Sales Manager MSME (LAP) Business

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to lead and manage MSME (Loan Against Property) business operations across 1015 branches.

The role involves driving business growth, overseeing disbursements, ensuring effective collections, and achieving profitability targets. The incumbent will be responsible for branch performance, compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise 4 to 5 branches for MSME (LAP) business.

Drive disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

Ensure timely collections and minimize delinquencies.

Monitor and support branch managers and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and credit norms.

Provide training, motivation, and performance monitoring of teams.

Regularly review portfolio performance and implement corrective measures.

Requirements:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.

7 to 12 years of experience in MSME / LAP business with multi-branch management exposure.

Strong knowledge of disbursement, collection, and credit processes.

Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
