Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Loan Specialist located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Home Loan Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage needs, providing personalized customer service, processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with mortgage lending regulations. The specialist will also communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial situations and offer suitable loan options.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Loans and processing loan applications
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
