Process Executive - Retail Assets [Housing Loan]

**Reporting to**

RAPC HEAD /Regional Head / Head of Home Loan

**Position Purpose**

As an process executive your strategic role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the seamless execution and management of customer and builder APF (Approved Project Finance) proposals.

**Educational Qualification**

**Experience**

Have a minimum of **3-5 years** of experience in the **banking / financial services sector** with at least 3+ years of experience in the field of Retail Assets focusing on Housing Loan & Secured loans (LAP). Specialist in HL/LAP proposal verification end to end

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter data and verify data related to customer and APF proposals with check list provided.
- Oversee the process of customer and builder APF proposals.
- Regular follow-up / clarification from Branch, sales team, DSA/connector.
- Coordinate legal and valuation processes with relevant vendors.
- Ensure all required legal and valuation documents are obtained and processed promptly.
- Address and resolve queries from customers, builders, and internal stakeholders efficiently.
- Provide daily /weekly and monthly MIS.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
