Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to pitch home loan products. - Identify customer needs and offer suitable home loan solutions. - Engage and maintain rapport with high-net-worth individuals and high-ticket customers. - Explain loan terms, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly. - Follow up on leads, handle objections, and ensure timely conversion. - Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales status in the CRM. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements: - 2-3 years of proven experience in home loan sales pitching - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, Gujrati preferred. - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. - Good understanding of banking and loan processes. - Comfortable working with clients and customers. - Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹10,117.62 - ₹20,636.92 per month
