Job Description - Sales & Marketing Executive

Company: Damodar Papers

Location: Noida, Sector 67

Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Industry Preference:

Candidates with prior experience in any of the following industries will be given top priority:

- Paper Industry (strongly preferred)

- Packaging & Printing

- Pulp & Stationery

- Corrugation

- Publishing

- Manufacturing

- B2B Product Trading

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with clients in the paper and related industries.

- Conduct field visits to meet clients, generate leads, and close sales.

- Identify new business opportunities and markets.

  • Promote and market paper products to new and existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos.
  • Handle client queries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market analysis.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    Experience:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the paper or related

    manufacturing/trading industries.

    Additional Requirements:
  • Must be willing and available for field work.
  • Candidates residing in or near Noida, Sector 67 preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.
