Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional to join our Audit Department. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting
concurrent audits
of schemes where NSDC is an implementing partner, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and transparency in operations. The role demands proficiency in
data analytics
,
SAP
,
Excel
, and
presentation skills
to communicate findings to senior stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    concurrent audits
    of schemes implemented through NSDC, ensuring adherence to financial and operational guidelines.
  • Perform
    big data analysis
    to identify anomalies, trends, and risk indicators.
  • Extract and analyse data from
    SAP
    and other ERP systems for audit purposes.
  • Prepare detailed
    audit reports
    , dashboards, and
    PowerPoint presentations
    for senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather relevant documentation and evidence.
  • Ensure timely escalation of audit findings and follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Maintain audit trails and documentation in accordance with statutory and internal requirements.
  • Support in developing audit methodologies and tools for enhanced coverage and efficiency.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CA (Inter), CIA, MBA) preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in
    internal/concurrent audit
    , preferably in government-funded or PPP projects.
  • Strong command of
    Microsoft Excel
    (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Proficiency in
    SAP
    (FI/CO modules preferred).
  • Experience in
    data analytics tools
    (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent
    presentation skills
    and ability to communicate audit findings to senior stakeholders.
