Job Description :

  • Experience: 8+ Years
  • Qualification: MBA/PGDM in business commerce
  • Salary: up to 30 Lakhs
  • Location: Madhapur
  • 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities:

A. Business Planning & Strategy

  • Build the complete business model for rental/leasing of lifestyle products—pricing, subscription plans, deposit models, and AMC.

  • Create 1 Year/ 2 Year/ 3-year business plan, revenue projections, and break-even roadmap.

  • Identify and segment target markets (students, working professionals, corporates, property owners, rental homes).

  • Define product catalogue strategy (Furniture, Appliances, 2W Vehicles, Consumer Durables).

B. Operations & Fulfilment

  • Set up end-to-end operational processes, including: o Product procurement / leasing from vendors o Inventory management o Delivery logistics o Installation & servicing o Reverse logistics, refurbishing, repairs

  • Create SOPs for: o Damage assessment o Replacement/repair TAT o Product retrieval at end of contract

C. Vendor & Partner Management

  • Build vendor network for: o Product manufacturers o Appliance distributors/ OEMs o Vehicle leasing partners / OEMs o Refurbishing vendors o Logistics and last-mile delivery partners

  • Negotiate pricing, credit period, and SLAs with suppliers and partners.

D. Sales, Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Work with marketing/performance teams to build: o Online rental catalogue o Subscription models o Offers & promotions

  • Develop partnerships with: o Corporate offices o Co-living spaceso Real estate developers o Property management companies

  • Drive sales funnels: lead generation → conversion → onboarding → renewal.

E. Credit Risk, Collections & Contract Management

  • Implement risk assessment processes for customers: o KYC o Deposit evaluation o Credit scoring

  • Define contract templates for: o Rentals o Lease agreements o Renewals o Damage/loss clauses

  • Oversee collections and ensure minimal delinquencies.

F. P&L, Budgeting & Financial Controls

  • Own the business P&L—revenue, margin, cost of goods, logistics, refurb cost.

  • Maintain strict controls on: o Asset utilisation o Product life-cycle cost o Depreciation o Write-offs

  • Track ROCE, inventory turns, and asset efficiency KPIs.

G. Team Building & Leadership

  • Recruit and manage: o Operations Executives o Delivery & Installation team o Repair/Service technicians o Inside sales/tele-calling team

  • Train the team on customer service, product handling, and SOP adherence.

H. Customer Experience & Service Quality

  • Maintain high NPS and service satisfaction.

  • Oversee customer onboarding, ticket management, repairs, and product replacements.

  • Manage escalations and ensure SLA compliance.
