Description:

We are seeking a motivated and high-performing Assistant Manager – SaaS / ERP Solutions to join our

Sales team. The role involves end-to-end sales ownership — from prospecting and lead generation to

demo, negotiation, and deal closure. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative selling skills, a

deep understanding of SaaS products, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

● Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients through cold calls, emails,

social media outreach, and professional networking.

● Conduct effective software product demonstrations to showcase solution benefits and address client

requirements.

● Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.

● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.

● Maintain a healthy and well-documented sales pipeline using LSQ or other CRM platforms.

● Research and analyze potential customers, emerging markets, and customer needs to develop

effective outreach strategies.

● Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers to drive retention

and upsell opportunities.

● Collaborate with internal teams to create customized sales presentations and proposals.

● Keep updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.

● Identify cross-selling opportunities across different business units and customer accounts.

● Ensure timely follow-ups and high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Desired Skills & Experience:

● 3–5 years of proven experience in SaaS / ERP / IT Software Sales.

● Strong product demonstration and consultative selling skills.

● Prior experience dealing with transporters, logistics companies, or fleet owners is an advantage.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

● Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving approach with attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

● BE/BTech preferred; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
