Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad for an Area Sales Manager. In this role, the individual will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by meeting sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will manage a team of sales representatives, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to expand market share. Additionally, the selected candidate will identify market trends, build strong distribution networks, and act as a liaison to ensure business objectives are achieved within their area of responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development expertise within the home appliances or related industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to analyze sales data for informed decision-making and developing strategies
- Proficiency in building and managing distribution networks and long-term client relations
- Adaptability to on-site role in Ahmedabad and familiarity with local markets is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in energy-efficient products is an added advantage
