Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and discuss requirements and technical specifications.
  • Develop and execute test plans and detailed test cases.
  • Document test results and suggest improvements based on analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with developers for bug verification & regression testing.
  • Manage testing efforts across multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Mentor and guide Associate QA Engineers.
  • Participate in recruitment activities including interviews and hiring recommendations.


Essential Skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience in
    Manual & Automation Testing
  • Strong knowledge of
    software testing methodologies
    & SDLC
  • Excellent verbal and written
    communication skills
  • Ability to
    multi-task, prioritize
    , and adapt quickly
