Location: Noida Sector 16 (Onsite Role)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining products/services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
  • Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of calls and update customer information in CRM.
  • Follow-up with leads for conversions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months–2 years of telesales/telecalling experience (freshers with good communication can also apply).
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls with confidence.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a polite and professional approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
