**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Contacting Customers**: Reach out to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.
- **Answering Questions**: Address customer inquiries about products or the company.
- **Understanding Requirements**: Ask questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
- **Directing Prospects**: Guide prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- **Updating Records**: Enter and update customer information in the database.
- **Processing Orders**: Take and process orders accurately.
- **Handling Grievances**: Manage customer complaints to preserve the company’s reputation.
- **Meeting Sales Quota**: Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
Qualifications:
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a sales/customer service role.
- **Sales Track Record**: Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- **Technical Skills**: Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent knowledge of English and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- **Education**: B.tech Electrical
