Core Responsibilities:

1.Manage day to day activities of the team and their performance.

2.Monitoring calls and guide Tele-callers to achieve and improve on the performance & delegating task to team members.

3.Set goals and handle tele-callers by coaching on sound Collections practices.

4.Regular feedback to tele-callers.

5.Ensure team meets daily Collection target.

6.Preparing Roster, Shrinkage and Attrition calculation, Agent report etc.

7.Motivating the team to achieve team and organizational goals.

8.Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

9.Conducting/ facilitating training of team members to maximize their potential.

10.Conducting weekly performance review.

11.Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team. Key personal competency.

Preference and Qualification:

1.Excellent communication skills (written & oral)

2.Graduation Compulsory

3.1-3 years of experience as Team Leader in Collection Domain

4.Immediate joiners will be preferred.
