What you will do:


• Deliver and over-deliver the approved business plan with clear accountability for chemical category.


• Develop and implement global procurement strategies for assigned chemical categories (e.g., specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, intermediates) to ensure a stable, cost-effective, and sustainable supply.


• Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, including supplier identification, evaluation, qualification, tendering (RFx), and final vendor selection.


• Negotiate, draft, and manage complex supplier contracts, terms, and service agreements to secure favourable pricing, quality specifications, and delivery timelines. Build and maintain strong, long-term strategic relationships with key global chemical manufacturers and traders.


• Lead the sourcing process and expand the supplier base: from systematic supplier scouting to long-term partnerships.


• Conduct high-level negotiations and close deals that reshape the market.
• Ensure flawless execution: maintain company standards, service levels, and deadlines across your team.


• Drive an analytical, data-driven approach: use insights, trends, and market intelligence for decision-making.


• Act as an ambassador of our corporate values, promoting leadership, integrity, and accountability.

Requirements:


• Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field in the graduated education


• Minimum the relevant experience from 3-5 + years in Procurement, Sourcing, or Trading, with a significant focus on direct materials sourcing /chemicals or petrochemical raw materials preferable.


• A team player who inspires people and achieves results through others.


• Highly disciplined, responsible, and self-organized.


• Skilled multitasker who sees the big picture while managing the details.


• Strong negotiator with experience in international business environments.


• Analytical mind-set with the ability to turn data into strategic decisions.


• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or higher.
