What makes the role meaty?
1. Strategic People Partnering
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, aligning people priorities with business needs.
- Drive workforce planning, org design discussions, and succession planning for critical roles.
- Coach managers on building engagement, managing performance, and developing their teams.
- Use people analytics and data insights to proactively address challenges and influence decisions.
2. Learning & Development (L&D)
- Build leadership and managerial capability frame
works that prepare teams and leaders for scale. - Design and implement end-to-end development
programs for managers, emerging leaders, and critical talent pools. - Curate functional and behavioral learning pat
hways and drive adoption through engaging communication and participation strategies. - Partner with internal SMEs and external facilit
ators to deliver world-class learning content and experiences. - Establish a rhythm of continuous capability-bui
lding, linking learning initiatives to business milestones and measuring impact to ensure sustained outcomes.
3. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- (DEI)Define and drive a DEI ro
admap in partnership with leadership, embedding inclusion into our hiring, onboarding, and performance systems. - Design awareness and capability-building
interventions (e.g., inclusive leadership workshops, campaigns) to strengthen inclusive behaviors across teams. - Partner with managers and
ERGs to co-create initiatives that foster belonging and representation. - Measure and track DEI out
comes, using data to guide actions and improve representation, retention, and employee experience. - Take ideas to cl
osure — pilot new programs, scale what works, and share success stories that inspire the wider organization.
4. Employee Experience & Culture
- Lead initiatives that improve employee experience, recognition, and community building.
- Act as a culture custodian, ensuring our values are reflected in everyday decisions and practices.
5. People Programs
- Support performance management cycles and talent calibration discussions, balancing fairness with business priorities.
- Partner with People COE to execute rewards, recognition, and career development programs.

- 5–7 years in HR with demonstrated HRBP experience and exposure to L&D and DEI programs, ideally in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into people solutions.
- High ownership, with a track record of taking initiatives from concept to execution.
- Data-driven approach, with comfort in using insights to influence decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to engage leaders and employees alike.
- Passion for building new programs and improving employee experience at scale.
