About the Role
We are hiring Sales Partners to promote and sell our IT and AI-based products and services across India. This is a performance-based role, ideal for individuals who want flexible work from home opportunities and income based purely on sales results. Payment is made only on the basis of achieved sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Whiz IT's software, AI, and IT services to potential clients.
- Reach and achieve the monthly sales target.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and leads.
- Report sales performance weekly to the assigned manager.
- Follow ethical sales practices and represent the company professionally.
Compensation Structure
- Commission: 10% on total confirmed sales.
- Example: ₹5,00,000 in monthly sales = ₹50,000 commission.
- Additional incentives will be provided for top performers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of computers and internet use.
- Smartphone and laptop with stable internet connection.
Preferred Skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working remotely with daily/weekly reporting.
- Interest in IT, digital products, and AI technology solutions.
