Location: Sector 28 , Gurgaon.
Role Description
As a HR Manager, your job responsibiliies would include:

  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Identify staffing needs, recruit top talent, and implement effective retention strategies.
  • Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.
  • Performance Evaluation: Develop and manage performance evaluation processes to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
  • Resource Coordination: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to assess and fulfill staffing requirements.
  • Attendance Tracking: Monitor employee attendance, manage absences, and maintain accurate records.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on employee performance and HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Employee Grievances: Address and resolve employee grievances, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of atleast 2-3 years as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
