About the Role:

As Associate - Operations at Amaavi Experiences, you'll play a key role in crafting personalised travel solutions for discerning clients. You will independently develop flight and hotel proposals, design holiday itineraries, and build unique tours and packages that elevate the travel experience. This position empowers you to create memorable journeys that reflect Amaavi's dedication to exceptional, tailor-made travel.

Responsibilities:

• Working in collaboration with the client servicing team to understand the details and requirements of each customer so that tailor-made proposals can be presented to the client.
• Develop a deep understanding of connectivity from India and between international destinations across various countries where we curate itineraries.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of suitable hotels, experiences, and tours that cater to different types of clients and their preferences.
• Prepare and design proposal documents that align with the company's branding guidelines, including aspects like alignment, structure, font, font size, color schemes, and selecting appropriate images for various sections.
• Maintain and develop a comprehensive database of hotels, experiences, tours, and a list of tour operators across various destinations.
• Build and nurture relationships with key suppliers, including those providing services for flight bookings, hotel bookings, transportation and tour experiences.
• Understand and stay updated on visa requirements and processes for different countries. While this primarily applies to Indian nationals, in cases of clients with other nationalities, similar steps need to be taken.
• Ensure that all bookings are completed accurately and shared with the client servicing team, reconfirming and double-checking details such as names as per passports, dates, timings, and any special requests.
• Keeping a track of timelines and deadlines for payments toward issuing flight tickets, vouchering hotels and booking tours and experiences.
• Most importantly, since we deal with Luxury and Premium customers. It is required for the operations team to be extremely detail oriented and ensure that critical aspects such as desired hotel and experiences are booked in a timely manner.
• It is imperative that the operations team does their best to provide a seamless and hassle free booking experience for all our customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (a degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is a plus).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations and a keen interest to know about new destinations.
• Multilingual skills would be advantageous.
• Genuine passion for travel, luxury experiences, and exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proactive attitude to manage multiple tasks.
