About the Role

Join a leading international contact center in Jaipur and become part of a global customer service team. You'll engage with clients from the US, UK, and other countries through calls, chat, and email, resolving their queries with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails from overseas clients
  • Provide clear, polite, and timely resolutions
  • Update information accurately in internal systems
  • Maintain service standards and exceed performance goals
  • Collaborate with team leaders to improve quality metrics

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
  • Skills: Excellent English communication, confidence, empathy
  • Experience: Freshers & experienced both welcome
  • Location: Open to PAN India candidates ready to relocate to Jaipur
  • Shifts: Flexible with rotational shifts (24×7)
  • Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)
