JOB PURPOSE

  • Renew existing Members against set targets
  • Provide support, intelligence, connections and networking opportunities to members
  • Manage existing Members in line with their objectives
  • Organise and manage Membership events
  • Report weekly on membership KPIs

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • You will be required to manage & renew existing memberships.
  • Drive forward new value deliverables for members.
  • Create & Implement weekly mail shot campaigns.
  • Will be familiar & pro-actively engage with a CRM software

Member Servicing

  • Manage membership renewals in accordance with set goals.
  • Will facilitate member introductions on a global scale.
  • Will create & implement marketing strategies for the membership renewals.
  • Build and update member profiles.
  • Where possible meet with speakers and thought leaders who may engage with the membership.
  • Update all member details & run deals through the CRM
  • Ensure compliance with best business practice.
  • Achieve set Membership Renewal Targets (by month/ by year)
  • Proactively call the Members, supporting their objectives.
  • Connecting families globally.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player with a work experience of around 10 – 15 years from BFSI, Luxury Real estate, Membership sales, Wealth Management, who has proven experience of membership management with the ability to communicate and service high level individuals and global families. A proactive approach is a key for this candidate to excel in the role. Business development or sales experience would be preferable. The chosen candidate will be used to working above and beyond the set hours of work practice if required.
