Role Overview: As an experienced professional with over 15 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of factory operations and ensuring efficient functioning of the production processes. Your role will involve implementing policies and systems, managing manpower effectively, and maintaining quality standards to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities: - Streamline factory operations to enhance productivity and efficiency - Support strategic decision-making to align with organizational goals - Initiate employee training programs to improve skills and performance - Ensure production targets and quality norms are met consistently - Optimize budget allocation for effective resource utilization - Improve production processes to enhance output and quality - Oversee equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations - Update systems and implement preventive maintenance schedules - Ensure safety and quality discipline within the factory environment - Control material issues and manage inventory effectively - Deploy safe operating practices to maintain a secure working environment Qualifications Required: - Over 15 years of relevant experience in factory operations - Good technical knowledge of Man/Machines/Material/Method - Experience in system and policy implementation - Proven managerial experience in a similar role - Graduate degree, preferably an Engineering graduate with an MBA in Operations - Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and data management tools Additional Details: The role requires strong decision-making, communication, collaboration, delegation, leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to effectively carry out the responsibilities.
