Job Description:

Routine Maintenance and Servicing:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on diesel generators (engine oil changes, filter replacements, coolant checks, etc.).

• Inspect and clean fuel, air, and oil systems.
2. Troubleshooting and Repairs:

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and fuel system problems.

• Repair or replace faulty parts such as starters, alternators, injectors, fuel pumps, and control panels.
3. Installation and Commissioning:

• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new generators.

• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and site requirements.
4. Testing and Performance Monitoring:

• Conduct load testing to ensure generator performance and reliability.

• Monitor generator parameters (voltage, frequency, oil pressure, coolant temperature) and adjust as necessary.
5. Emergency Response:

• Respond to breakdowns and urgent service calls promptly.

• Carry out immediate corrective actions to restore operations.
6. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed service reports, inspection checklists, and maintenance logs.

• Report major issues and potential risks to the management.
7. Customer Interaction:

• Communicate service findings and maintenance recommendations clearly to customers.

• Provide operational training to customer personnel when required
