  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and market research.
  • Reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate sales activities and client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to align on business development strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and share insights with management
