Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician to support our plant operations by ensuring smooth functioning, calibration, and maintenance of all instruments and control systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining field instruments used in process industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot instrumentation issues in coordination with the electrical and production teams.
  • Support automation systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA) and maintain control loops as per process requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation for calibration, breakdown, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and plant operating procedures.
  • Assist in commissioning and modification of instrumentation systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • ITI / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 1–5 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation maintenance in a manufacturing / process industry (chemical, cement, power, or similar).
  • Knowledge of control valves, transmitters, sensors, PLCs, and analyzers.
  • Ability to read P&ID and instrumentation drawings.
  • Willing to work in shifts and handle plant emergencies.
