**Job Title: Surgical Assistant / OT Technician**

**Location**: Bangalore, Magadi Road
**Experience**: fresher to 5 years of experience
**Education**: Relevant degree/diploma in OT technology or allied healthcare fields

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist surgeons during surgeries, particularly in **Spine, Ortho, and Neuro cases**:

- **Scrubbing** for surgical procedures and ensuring adherence to sterilization protocols
- **Sterilize** medical equipment, surgical instruments, and trays before and after procedures
- Maintain **OT hygiene and infection control** standards
- Ensure proper handling and arrangement of surgical tools during operations
- Be **flexible to work in rotational shifts (24x7 availability required)**

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of **surgical procedures, aseptic techniques, and infection control measures**:

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operation theater environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
