**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechatronic, robotic, and automation systems.
- Conduct training programs and workshops to develop the technical skills of students in mechatronics, robotics, and automation.
- Assist students in acquiring industry-ready expertise through hands-on training and problem-solving.
- Ensure that mechatronics and robotics systems operate efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to develop curriculum and instructional materials.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them understand complex technical concepts.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge of new technologies in mechatronics and robotics.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related fields.
- **Skills and Expertise**:

- Strong knowledge of mechatronics systems, components, and their integration.
- Experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing mechatronic systems.
- Teaching and training experience, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Proficient in the use of automation and robotics systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
