**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver training programs for beginner to advanced nail technicians.
- Teach both theoretical knowledge (e.g., nail anatomy, hygiene standards) and practical skills (e.g., gel, acrylics, nail art).
- Demonstrate proper use of tools, techniques, and safety procedures.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay current on trends, techniques, and new products in the nail industry.
- Develop lesson plans, handouts, and instructional materials.
- Assess trainees through exams, practical assessments, and performance reviews.
- Mentor and motivate students to achieve high standards of skill and professionalism.
- Maintain training records and assist in curriculum updates.
- Ensure compliance with local licensing, health, and safety regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Certified Nail Technician with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
- Experience as a trainer, educator, or team leader in a salon or academic setting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
- Up-to-date with current nail trends, techniques, and health & safety standards.
- Patience and enthusiasm for mentoring learners of varying skill levels.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,260.49 per month
