**Responsibilities for ITI Electrical Technician**:

- **Customer Site Coordination**: Coordinate timely technical visits at customer sites.
- **Issue Investigation & Resolution**: Investigate and resolve equipment issues proactively.
- **Work Instruction Management**: Create and update work instructions for troubleshooting.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical support to customers and field engineers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain product and technology knowledge.
- **Liaison Role**: Act as liaison between field service and other departments to resolve complex issues.

**Qualifications for ITI Electrical Technician**:

- **Relationship-Building Skills**: Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
- **Adaptability**: Flexible and open-minded attitude.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Solid electrical, electronics, and mechanical knowledge.
- **Independent Work Ability**: Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- **Availability**: Immediate joiners preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
