About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Soft Skills & Communication Trainer with strong corporate training experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over English, strong presentation skills, and the ability to train students and professionals in communication, personality development, and workplace behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions on Soft Skills, Business Communication, Personality Development, and Professional Etiquette.
  • Deliver Corporate Communication modules for students and working professionals.
  • Evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create engaging training materials, activities, and assessments.
  • Maintain training quality and ensure excellent learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree (English, Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields).
  • 2+ years of experience as a Soft Skills / Corporate English Trainer.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom sessions and engage diverse learners.

Preferred

  • Female candidates with prior experience in corporate training environments.
  • Experience working with colleges, institutes, or training centers.
