Office Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring seamless administrative support, efficient workflow, and a positive work environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels in multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. This position is perfect for someone passionate about streamlining processes and supporting executive-level productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Document and Record Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using tools like Microsoft Office Suite; maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including inventory management for supplies and equipment, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance requests.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in an administrative or office support role; experience in a corporate or professional services environment is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities; strong verbal and written communication; problem-solving mindset with a customer-service orientation.
