Role Overview
We are looking for a multi-tasking Executive to handle Administration, Basic Accounts, and Store Management activities at our Mumbai location.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and maintain records.
- Handle basic accounting entries, billing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and issue/receive materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and deliveries.
- Prepare and update reports in Excel as required.
- Assist in documentation, filing, and maintaining compliance records.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office and store operations.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce or any relevant field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
