Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and detail pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers to drive prescriptions and product adoption.
  • Conduct regular visits, follow-ups, and product presentations to medical practitioners.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales goals, including doctor meetings, prescriptions, and order closures.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, sharing actionable insights with the management team.
  • Maintain accurate records of field visits, appointments, and sales data.
  • Actively support marketing initiatives such as CME programs, health camps, and promotional events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative.
  • Established network of doctors, clinics, and hospitals preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and open to local travel for fieldwork.
