Role Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the construction project—from planning and execution to completion—ensuring adherence to design, quality, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities at project sites.Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved budgets and specifications.Review drawings, designs, and BOQs; coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP consultants.Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.Manage site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.Track project costs, prepare progress reports, and present updates to management.Identify and resolve technical issues or delays proactively.Coordinate material procurement and monitor inventory at the site.Maintain documentation for project progress, approvals, and inspections.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).Experience: 6 to 10 years in residential or commercial real estate construction.Proven experience managing mid-to-large-scale projects independently.Strong knowledge of project planning, construction execution, and quality control.Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Project / AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
