Job Summar

y:The Senior Holiday Planner – GIT will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing group holiday itineraries. The role requires strong product knowledge, destination expertise, and the ability to create attractive and cost-effective group tour package

s.Key Responsibilitie

  • s:Plan and develop GIT itineraries for international destination
  • s.Maintain in-depth knowledge of destinations, suppliers, hotels, attractions, and transportation option
  • s.Prepare competitive and well-structured group tour packages, ensuring feasibility and profitabilit
  • y.Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and internal departments to finalize itineraries and costing
  • s.Update the sales and operations teams with new group tour ideas and product
  • s.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop innovative and appealing GIT product
  • s.Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of itineraries and costing sheet
  • s.Support the marketing team with content and product details for promotions and brochure
  • s.Train and guide junior team members on itinerary planning and destination update

s.Requirement

  • s:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in GIT planning or tour operation
  • s.Strong destination and product knowledg
  • e.Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skill
  • s.Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneousl
